Schwan’s is now offering a truck load event sales program to non-profit schools and organizations.
How it works:
The organization fundraising coordinator will contact the Schwan's representative in your area and determine a date and time for the sale.
Family and friends come to our truck and purchase quality products from our large variety of items. There is certainly something to fit every flavor profile, eating occasion and nutritional need.
No delivery of purchased product by the organization.
Customers receive their product immediately - no waiting for weeks to receive the product.
Gift Certificates Now Available to Enhance your campaign
Schwan’s gift certificates are now available in $5, $10 and $25 denominations to enhance your campaign.
Simply have your customers call 1-888-724-9267 to order gift certificates prior to your event.
A great way for those who do not live in your area to support your school or organization.
If someone is out of town the day of the event they can support the group through the purchase of gift certificates.

Who is my local Schwan's Contact Person?
Upon completion of this form, an email will be sent to you with your local Schwan's contact information.
Next Steps
- Upon agreeing on a date and time for your event, your Local Schwan's Manager will provide you with a paper copy of a contract.
- Once the contract is completed, return it to your local Schwan's Manager.
- Your local Schwan's Manager will fax it to the Schwan's Corporate Office.
- Your campaign will be set up and assigned a Campaign ID.
- Your local Schwan's Manager will communicate to you the Campaign ID.
- Using the marketing materials provided on this site, advertise the event to your participants and potential customers for product reservations and gift certificate orders.
