Customer Product Reservation Form


Please note that your order must be submitted at least two business days prior to a fundraiser event to ensure product availability.

 
How to place an order:
  1. Enter the campaign ID below and hit the TAB key. The event information will appear if a valid ID is entered. If the ID is not recognized, you may type in the information manually.
  2. Enter customer name and hit the TAB key.
  3. You may enter product codes once the zip code is recognized.
  4. Enter product code and hit the TAB key.
  5. Enter quantity and hit the TAB key.
  6. When you have entered all items, please scroll to the bottom of your screen and click Submit. You will be directed to an order confirmation page, which you may print to keep for your records.
